Addicted to proms

Im letzten post habe ich bereits angedeutet, dass ich ein Fan von Abibällen bin. Das ist noch untertrieben. Ich bin süchtig nach Abibällen. Da hat man endlich die Möglichkeit schöne Kleider, falsche Wimpern und schöne, hohe Schuhe zu tragen, ohne dass man von allen als overdressed abgestempelt wird. Dort ist man auch mal von Leuten umgeben, die sich Mühe geben mit dem Outfit (meistens), weil es die Nacht der Nächte ist. Man kann sich inspirieren lassen und ausserdem kann man natürlich auch super feiern in den (meist) schönen Locations. 
Bei diesen Fotos trage ich ein "zweite-Wahl-Outfit". Das Kleid, welches ich eigentlich tragen wollte, passte dann doch nicht so sehr zu den Schuhen, die ich unbedingt tragen wollte. Deswegen habe ich mir spontan dieses hier zurechtgelegt (Ich konnte sogar eine Nägel giftgrün lassen, obwohl dass nicht ganz so Abiballtypisch ist).

So viel erstmal dazu. Ich könnte noch eine ganze Menge schreiben über Abibälle und meine damit verbundenen Gefühle. In den nächsten zwei Posts gibt es dann noch weitere Ausführungen zum Thema Abiball und natürlich Fotos, Fotos, Fotos.

Aber jetzt muss ich los um.... Fotos zu machen von meinem entworfenen Outfit für die Modenschau an meiner Uni dieses Wochenende(die Fotos wird es dann auch hier zu sehen geben).

ENG: In my last post I mentioned, that I'm a prom fan. This is an understatement. I am addicted to proms. There you have the possibility to wear pretty dresses, false lashes and beautiful high heels, without being called overdressed. The people around you have (mostly) put some effort into their looks, because it is the night of the nights. You can get good inspiration by observing the people and celebrating is such a fun, when you have a nice location (which is mostly the case).

On this pictures I wear a "second-choice-outfit". The dress I wanted to wear actually, didn't match with the shoes I wanted to wear so desperately. So I created this outfit spontaneously (And I didn't had to polish my nails, the bilious green I had on my fingers before made a good couple with the dress).

So that's it for now. I could write a lot more about proms and my emotions connected to them, but I’ll keep that for the following two posts ;) and I'll show you photos, photos, photos. But now I have to go because I have to... take photos of my very own and very first created dress that will be shown on the fashion show my university organizes this weekend (the pictures will show up here too).

Hier noch eine kleine Erklärung zu den Fotos. Auf eine sitze ich im Kofferraum, weil der "Chauffeur", des Abends bereits nach kurzer Zeit wieder gehen wollte. Als Protest hab ich mich einfach in den Kofferraum gesetzt. War leider nicht sehr wirkungsvoll.
