Mrs. Nice Girl

Hier ist mein Outfit  von letzter Woche, dass ich noch schnell nach der Arbeit habe fotografieren lassen. Ziemlich brav, aber wie von mir gewohnt mit vielen Accessoires um es ein wenig zu overdressen. 
Die Uni hat wieder angefangen. Wir hatten diese Woche einen Workshop von 10.30 bis 19.30 jeden Tag. Ich werde darüber posten, sobald ich die Fotos von der Präsentation von den anderen Studenten zusammen habe. Mein Stundenplan ist dieses Semester sehr entspannt. Das wird sich dann im 3, sehr drastisch ändern, aber bis dahin hab ich Zeit noch ein meinen privaten Projekten zu arbeiten. 

Wo ich gerade über Projekte schreibe: Lynn von Pretty Mess hat ihre Fotos von einem unserer gemeinsamen Projekte veröffentlicht. Hier könnt ihr sie euch ansehen.

Meine Umfrage ist zu Ende und das das Ergebnis ist:

Daraus schließe ich, dass ich für euch, auf jeden Fall immer auf Deutsch schreiben werde und wenn ich es zeitlich schaffe und es passt (also momentan immer) auch ins Englische übersetze, da die Translator-tools nicht immer so saubere Arbeit leisten.

College started again and we had a workshop this whole week from 10:00 to 19:30. I will post about that once I have all the photos from the presentation together. My schedule is really loose this semester. This will change in 3rd semester, but till them I'll have enough time to realize my own projects.

On a bridge & across the city

Hier ist noch ein Outfit aus meinem Urlaub in Polen. Die ersten 3 Bilder habe ich mit meiner Freundin in Gdansk gemacht, nachdem wir den halben Tag im Einkaufszentrum verbracht haben, wo ich absolut nichts gekauft habe. Das war ein seltsames Erlebnis. Sonst finde ich immer etwas. Es war auch viel Schönes dabei, aber nicht was mich so sehr überzeugt hat, dass ich es gekauft habe. Mit Ausnahme von einigen Sachen bei River Island, aber da war der Preis echt zu hoch.

Die letzten drei Fotos habe ich dann mit meinem Freund gemacht, als wir durch die Altstadt gelaufen sind, um eine Restaurant zu finden in dem er essen wollte. Zum Glück habe ich noch flache Schuhe angezogen, bevor wir losgingen.

Zum Pech suchten wir uns ein Mexikanisches Restaurant aus, wo das Essen überhaupt nicht schmeckte.

ENG: Here is another Outfit from my holiday in Poland. I took the first three photos with my BF in Gdansk, after spending half the day in a shopping centre, where I didn´t buy anything. That was a strange experience! Normally I always find something. It's not like I didn't find anything pretty, but nothing conviced me to buy it. I saw a few nice things at River Island, but I was to expensive.

The last three pictures I took with my boyfriend wandering in the old city. We were searching for a restaurant for a long while, because he couldn't decide what he wants to eat. Lucky for me I changed shoes before we went off.

Unlucky for us we chose a Mexican Restaurant and it didn't taste at all.

I forgot to take a slim belt, but my boyfriends tie did a good job

Who is Patrizia Pepe

Gestern fand ich beim blättern in der Glamour eine Werbekampange von Patrizia Pepe für den Herbst/Winter 2010. Das Outfit und die Umsetzung gefiel mir sehr und so hab ich nochmal gegoogelt und noch mehr wundervolle Bilder zu der Kollektion gefunden.

Abgesehen davon, dass die Fotos einfach super inszeniert sind, haben die Outfit absolutes I-want-to-wear-Potenzial. So stelle ich mir den Herbst vor: Blau- und Grautöne, verspielte Röcke, schwarze Booties und farblich passende Strumpfhosen (Oh, Ich liebe Strumpfhosen!) , elegante Jacken und Mäntel. Eine perfekte Kollektion. Die Preise liegen nicht ganz in meinem Einkaufsrahmen, aber ich werde versuchen den Look trotzdem umzusetzen.

ENG: Yesterday I found an interesting ad from Patrizia Pepe for autumn/winter 2010 in glamour magazine. I like the Outfit and the realization very much and so I googled and found more fascinating photos of the collection.

Besides the fact, that the pictures are staged very well, the outfits have a high I-want-to-wear-potential. That's how I see autumn: Shades of blue and grey, skirts, black booties and color-matching tights (Oh I love tights!), elegant jackets and coats. A perfect collection.

The prices are not my level, but I'll try to do my best to get this look.

Discovered: College jackets

Im Urlaub hatte ich natürlich wieder mal nur die falschen Sachen eingepackt. Klamotten, die auch für Regen und Temperaturen unter 15 Grad brauchbar waren, hatte ich nicht eingepackt. Zum Glück habe ich dort aber eine Jeans von meiner Cousine abgekauft, die sie bei Primark in London gekauft hat. Damit wären die Beine schon mal eingepackt. Fehlt nur noch eine Jacke... Da hab ich mir ganz dreist die neue College Jacke von meinem Freund gegriffen, die er sich einen Tag zuvor bei River Island gekauft hat. Passte sowieso grad zu meinem Outfit. Also hier ist das Not-Outfit aus dem Urlaub.

College-Jacken für Frauen habe ich übrigens bereits bei Zara gesichtet.

ENG:  I've packed only summer clothes for holiday. No clothes to survive rain and temperatures under 15 degrees. Lucky for me I could by a Jeans from my cousin, which she bought in London at Primark. So my legs were rescued from the cold. I was just in need of a jacket... so I took my boyfriend's college jacket, which he actually bought the day before at River Island: It matched perfect with the rest of my outfit. So here are the photos of my emergency-outfit.

By the way: I saw college jackets for women at Zara.

Book of inspiration 3

Ich habe mich endlich mal wieder mit meinem Inspirationsbüchlein beschäftigt. Hier  ist das Ergebnis. Das erste Bild ist so eine Art Übergang von Sommer zu Herbstfarben. Das zweite ist - wie ihr unschwer sehen könnt - an der Farbe Schwarz and am Rockstil orientiert. Es ist nicht ganz fertig  geworden, aber ich war sowieso nicht  so ganz zufrieden damit.

In zukunft werde ich solche Sachen auch häufiger posten.

ENG: I found time to update my book of inspiration. Here is the result. The first image show the shift from summer to autumn colors. The second one is - as you can see clearly - inspired by rockstyle and black color. I is not finished, but I wasn't so content with it  anyway.
I will post things like that more often now.

Emma Bunton: Free Girl In Stereo

Emma Lee Bunton is an English pop singer–songwriter and actress. She was a member of the 1990s girl group, the Spice Girls, in which she was known as Baby Spice as she was the youngest member. In December 2000, the group unofficially announced that they were concentrating on their solo careers but they pointed out that the group was not splitting.
Emma released her debut solo album A Girl Like Me brought the UK number-one "What Took You So Long?" as well as "What I Am", "Take My Breath Away" and "We're Not Gonna Sleep Tonight".
In 2003 Bunton's second album Free Me was much more successful and had four singles, "Free Me", "Maybe", "I'll Be There" and "Crickets Sing For Anamaria"
Emma released her third album, Life in Mono on 4 December 2006 which give us hits like "Downtown" & "All I Need To Know".

My other face

Schon vor einiger Zeit habe ich angesagt, dass ich mit meiner Freundin an einigen Projekten arbeiten. Es hat ein wenig gedauert, aber hier ist eines dieser Projekte. Wir haben uns knalliges Make-up gemacht und falsche Wimpern angeklebt, dass ganze Fotografiert und dann möglichst in Originalgröße ausgedruckt (war gar nicht so einfach). Beim nächsten Treffen haben wir dann schlichtere Schminke benutzt und die Ausdrucke vor unser Gesicht gehalten. Das hat echt Spaß gemacht und die Fotos sind echt interessant geworden. Die Fotos von Lynn sind auch richtig toll geworden. Der orange Lippenstift steht ihr einfach wunderbar. Sobald sie ihre Fotos auf ihrem Blog veröffentlicht, werde ich sie hier verlinken.

Die Idee habe ich von einem Shooting mit Kristen Steward abgeguckt. Ich fand die Fotos einfach so toll, dass ich sowas auch mal ausprobieren wollte.

ENG: Some time ago I told, that I'm working with a friend on a few projects. I took some time, but here is one of them. We took photos with fake lashes and bright Make-up, then printed this in Original size (that wasn`t so easy) and next time we met, we covered our faces with parts of the prints. It was such a fun and the pictures are quite interesting. Lynn's pictures are so great, too. See looks so good with the orange lipstick. I will edit this post and tell you the link, once she posts her photos on her blog.

I stole the idea from a shoot with Kristen Steward for Interwiev Magazine. These photos were so expressive and great. I wanted to try something similar.

P.S. Hey meine Leser, wollt ihr, dass ich meinen Blog auf englisch UND deutsch schreibe. Ich frage mich nämlich, ob das sinnvoll ist, weil viele Blogger einfach nur Fotos von anderen kommentieren ohne aufs geschriebene einzugehen (natürlich gibt es auch einige Ausnahmen). poppy welcome

Ich bin zurück aus dem Urlaub. Ich bin wenig erkätet, aber ansonsten ganz glücklich über die verbrachte Woche. Da ich mich im  Bett auskurieren muss, gibt es heute nur einen kurzen Post, in dem ich euch meinen Gewinn zeige.

Ich habe auf dem Blog Mohnkleid bei Imenes Gewinnspiel mitgemacht und den zweiten Preis gewonnen. Es ist eine selbstgemachte Mohnblumen-Brosche. Ich finde sie ist echt schön und wie Imene richtig vermutet in ihrem kleinen Briefchen, werde ich sicherlich verwendung dafür finden. Danke nochmal :)

One Night At G-A-Y/ Heaven London featuring Kylie

About two months ago we were in London and popped over to "Heaven", a major watering hole "under the arches" in the Embankment area (we took almost two hours to find it when it was right in front of our noses!) While there, we were extremely lucky to see Kylie perform one night only with her dancers, as she belted out songs from her latest album and several of her older hits. Buttons and butterflies

Auf der Suche nach Mitbringseln für meine Cousine, hab ich natürlich wieder einige Sachen für ich gefunden. Unter anderem zwei geblümte Buttons, die ihr auf diesen Fotos seht. Die anderen Sachen, zeig ich euch dann, wenn ich wieder aus Polen zurück bin. Dort werden bestimmt so einige Outfit-fotos entstehen und vielleicht krieg ich dort auch noch etwas von der Sonne ab. Wie man auf diesen Fotos hier sieht, bin ich so blass, dass könnte ich ohne Probleme und Maske eine Schneekönigin darstellen könnte.

Ausser auf gutes Wetter, hoffe ich noch tolle Teile in Shops zu finden, die es in Hamburg nicht gibt, wie z.B: Bershka, Stradivarius,Troll und Reserved. Ich werde auf jeden Fall berichten, was ich dort alles finden werde. Den nächsten Post wird es dann, aber vermutlich erst in einer Woche geben. Und auch die Projekte, die ich mit meiner Freundin geplant hab, wir haben sie endlich in die Tat umgestezt. Die ersten Bilder wird es nach dem Urlaub geben.

I found wonderland!

Vor kurzem war ich bei einer Freundin. Sie ist mit ihrem Mann in eine neue Wohnung gezogen und hat sich dort ein Ankleidezimmer eingerichtet. Wie ich sie beneide. Dort ist es wie im Wunderland. Es gibt alles was mein Herz begehrt! Genug Platz für einen riesigen Kleiderschrank, einen Schminktisch und Accessoires und einen Nähtisch. Neid! Neid! Neid! Ich habe erstmal alles unter die Lupe genommen. Bei ihr gibt es immer viel zu entdecken, sie hat einen einzigartigen Style, ist sehr kreativ, näht und ändert ihre Klamotten auch mal selbst.

Ich zog einen entzückenden, weißen Mantel mit türkisen Paisley-Muster raus.

Nachdem ich diesen gelobt habe, hat sie ihn mir kurzerhand geschenkt, weil sie ihn nicht trägt. 

Das tolle Teil, war ihr dann doch zu wild gemustert und Rosen seien gar nicht so ihr Fall.

Und damit der schöne Mantel aus Kapstadt nicht nur in einem Hamburger Kleiderschrank versauert, habe ich in mitgenommen. Ich finde ihn wundervoll und einzigartig. Die süße Schleife hinten, das Muster, die Farbe, der Schnitt, die großen Knöpfe, selbst das süße weiß gepunktete Innenfutter ist schön.

 Ab jetzt werde ich wohl - vorerst nur auf deutsch bloggen. Das geht um einiges schneller und läst zu, dass ich dann öfter mal was posten kann. Ansonsten gibt es noch das Translate tool in der Sidebar.
